DYNACARE HARMONY NIPT, MATERNIT & INVITAE GENETIC TESTING

Patient must have a completed Dynacare Harmony, MaterniT or Invitae requisition from their Physician when they arrive for testing. Requisition forms can be picked up at our clinic. Cost includes all fees for collection, shipping and processing through Dynacare Laboratories. Please note that pricing includes collection and processing fees. Payment through the Dynacare website is no longer required. All fees are paid up front at our clinic.
