DYNACARE HARMONY NIPT, MATERNIT & INVITAE GENETIC TESTING

Patient must have a completed Dynacare Harmony, MaterniT or Invitae requisition from their Physician when they arrive for testing. Requisition forms can be picked up at our clinic. Cost includes all fees for collection, shipping and processing through Dynacare Laboratories.
